Service introduction
Brow styling here is a grooming service: tidying stray hairs, balancing obvious unevenness, and leaving a line that still belongs to your face. We do not chase a single fashionable block or a drawn-on cartoon arch. Sparse areas cannot be invented with tweezers; where colour in the brow is discussed, it is cosmetic tinting if offered for that visit — not tattooing, and not a medical pigment procedure.
What the appointment involves
You sit in good light. The existing brow is brushed through so the true direction of growth is visible. The therapist will show you what they suggest removing, including how much sits above and below the main line. Tweezing, trimming of over-long hairs, or wax in small areas may be used depending on skin comfort and hair type. You can stop the service at any point. A brief brush-through at the end shows the result without heavy make-up unless you asked for a cosmetic fill.
Preparation guidance
Avoid arriving with numbing products you have not used before unless your own clinician recommended them. Do not take extra pain relief as a plan for this visit; it is ordinary grooming. If you have recently used strong acids on the skin, had a facial, or know you react to wax, say so. Come with brows free of heavy pencil if you want an accurate map — a light residual tint is fine.
What visitors can expect
The appointment is short compared with hair colour. There may be brief discomfort when hairs are removed, which differs from person to person. Redness around the brow is common and usually settles. The shape will look like a tidier version of your brow, not a different person. Symmetry is balanced as far as natural growth allows; faces are not perfectly mirrored, and we will not over-pluck one side to force a match.
Suitable situations
- Regular upkeep when hairs begin to sit outside the main line
- Before photographs or an event, leaving a little time for redness to calm
- A first tidy after growing brows out
- Pairing with a lash or make-up conversation on another visit
Aftercare considerations
Keep the area clean and avoid saunas, heavy sweat or extra products on the brow immediately afterwards if the skin is reactive. Do not pick. Resist the urge to tweeze stray hairs at home the same week if you want the shape to grow evenly. If tint was used, follow the simple wash guidance given in the chair. Sun on freshly handled skin is better avoided that same afternoon.
