Beauty Consultation

A dedicated conversation about suitable hair and beauty options before you commit to a treatment chair. Useful when you are new, undecided, or planning more than one service.

Service introduction

The consultation exists so you do not have to guess. Some visitors know they want a trim. Others are balancing colour history, an event date, brows and a facial, and need those pieces put in a sensible order. This appointment is talk-led. Treatment happens only if you explicitly ask to continue and time has been set aside for it — the default is conversation, looking at the hair or skin, and leaving with a plan.

We will not invent a package, a course of sessions, or a promise. If a service is not a good idea on your hair or for your timing, you will hear that here rather than halfway through a process.

What the appointment involves

You sit in the salon, usually at a styling chair or a quiet corner of the floor, not on a treatment bed unless the discussion is specifically facial-related. Hair is looked at dry first if colour or cutting is on the list. You can show photographs. Questions cover routine, previous colour, how soon you need to look camera-ready, and which beauty services you are curious about. Notes can be written down for you to take away. No product is applied unless you have agreed a small test-style step that is appropriate in a consultation.

Preparation guidance

Bring a simple list if your thoughts are scattered: event date, last colour, what you dislike about your current cut, whether you wear mascara daily, whether your hands need to be photograph-ready. Wear your hair as you usually wear it. If the consultation is about brows or lashes, come with a clean-ish make-up look so the natural line is visible. Mention time constraints so the plan is realistic.

What visitors can expect

Expect honesty about sequencing. Colour before a major upstyle, not the morning of. Brows a few days before photographs if redness bothers you. Treatments when the fibre needs them, not as an add-on for its own sake. You should leave knowing which service to enquire about next, roughly how long that visit might take, and what to avoid doing at home in the meantime. You should not leave feeling sold to.

Suitable situations

  • First contact with the salon after moving to Sachsen or passing through
  • Planning hair and beauty around a ceremony or family event
  • Unsure whether highlights, a tint, or a cut should come first
  • Wanting several beauty services without stacking them unwisely on one day

Aftercare considerations

There is usually nothing to recover from. If a small product sample was used on skin or a strand, watch how it sits over the next day and mention it when you book the actual service. Keep any written plan. When you send the follow-up enquiry, refer to the consultation so the next appointment can be set with the right length of time.
